This gentle yoga class is perfect for those coming to yoga for the first time.
The session will encourage movement, strengthening of the body, and quietening of the mind. It includes seated and standing postures, breathing techniques and meditation.

This yoga session adapted for pre+post natal women, is a safe environment to explore your changing body and emotions. We recommend that you are 12+ weeks pregnant before attending this class. Children and babies are welcome in this session.
