This gentle yoga class is perfect for those coming to yoga for the first time.
The session will encourage movement, strengthening of the body, and quietening of the mind. It includes seated and standing postures, breathing techniques and meditation.

This yoga session adapted for pre+post natal women, is a safe environment to explore your changing body and emotions. We recommend that you are 12+ weeks pregnant before attending this class. Children and babies are welcome in this session.

We are pleased to welcome the Brasshouse Pantry, where members can do a weekly shop for a small fee of £6. The service is designed to take the pressure of a weekly shop. We want to help families and individuals to stretch already limited budgets so they can afford to make ends meet, pay bills and for other essential items. Our aim is for this service is to bring affordable food and support to the people and households who need it most.
