Best Version Of Me is a fitness programme developed to help children and young people aged 8 - 18 develop their physical, mental and social health. The programme is aimed at children and young people that are struggling with any of the following: social anxiety, loneliness, bullying, lack of confidence, poor communication skills, resilience, low self-esteem and weight/fitness.
