Social Hubs delivered as part of a Lottery Funded Project within Agewell CIC, supporting people living with mild to moderate dementia and their family carers.
Available to Sandwell residents or those with a Sandwell GP. Opportunities to meet with people for peer support and access a programme of actvities and support sessions in a relaxed environment facilitated by experienced staff with lunch and refreshments provided for a small charge.
Not a respite/day care service: members must be able manage independently around the building or have their carer present with them to support.
