ICA provides coffee morning type sessions for female parents in our community – to provide a relaxed, informal environment to promote and raise awareness of healthy eating and lifestyle. Physical activities and traditional dance sessions to promote greater physical activity with the focus on improving mental health amongst the women in our community. Also some health awareness sessions (Health inequality, Cancer and diabetes screening) will be delivered. We also provide sewing classes two days a week.Coffee Morning- Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am- 11am.

Physical activities and traditional dance on Saturdays from 4pm-7pm
