The slimming class takes place every Wednesday evening and offers much more than just regular sessions. During the class, participants receive weekly weigh-ins, personalized support, and guidance to help them maintain a healthy lifestyle.
The program also teaches valuable skills such as how to accurately measure food portions, monitor calorie intake, and make informed dietary choices.
