Offering a year round programme of garden based activities aimed at promoting healthy lifestyle, mental wellbeing, supporting confidence, healthy eating, physical activity, maintenance and rehabilitation to remain independent, or learn new skills on your journey to work.
Therapeutic gardening, short courses, outreach sessions, gardening for those with long term conditions. supporting people on their journey to work or to connect with other keen gardeners for peer support and social connections.
Based at Barlow Road Community Garden as well as in the community at a setting of your choice.
