Our swimming centres offer a wide range of sessions and lessons to suit all ages and abilities. These include female-only sessions, male-only lessons, parent and toddler classes, adult-only sessions, and dedicated 50+ swimming.
We also provide Aquafit exercise classes, offering a fun and effective low-impact workout in the water. Sandwell Leisure Trust offer a wide variety of public swimming sessions such as lane swimming, adult only and float sessions.
