In this mat based Yoga Foundations session we will explore the principles of yoga, with options given for those with an established yoga practice.
We will practice gentle movement, breathing, and meditation techniques. This session is suitable for beginners and more advanced practitioners.
£7 drop-in or £35 for six weeks. Cash and card welcomed on the door.
