Ileys Community Association (ICA) is a community-based organisation in
Smethwick, Sandwell, supporting local residents, particularly migrants, refugees,
asylum seekers, ethnic-minority communities and disadvantaged families. ICA
provides practical, culturally sensitive support to help people overcome barriers,
become more independent, improve their wellbeing and participate fully in their local
community.
