Free qualified independent one to one person centred advocacy service supporting children and young people aged 5-18 to ensure their needs, rights and wishes are articulated to access and plan their individual needs.

We get stuck in with traditional scouting skills and gaining a wide variety of awards and badges. We also do loads of amazing activities, climbing, hiking, archery, pioneering, coasteering, caving, surfing and much more. We also become expert campers and learn to light and cook on fires and survive in the wild!

Gentle and acessible Chair Yoga, suitable for those with limited mobility or recovering from illness.

Support, advice and information on Personal Budgets

Free activities learn new skills, make new friends and join in activities.

Relate counsellors can help where people are having problems with their sex life due to physical or emotional reasons.

CBO is delivering activities to address both streams. We will be delivering the following;

2. Gentle exercise for the over 50s
3. Men’s gym session and exercise through the action man club
4. Talking therapy.

Shockin for the age group of 11 to 16 years, held on a Friday evening at 7:45pm, during term time. This part of the evening offers a place where young people can come and chill out with their friends, play team games and share some of this time in our ‘Time for God Spot’.

We are a helpline to support people struggling with poor mental health. We support communities which are unable to get help due to stigmas and cultural barriers through a confidential helpline service.

New cycling programme to help people to learn to ride a bike. The aim is to improve mental and physical health through an enjoyable new cycling hobby within your local community social group.

We aim to focus in particular (but not exclusively) on access to skills and opportunities in the health and care sector – where there are occupational shortages but a high demand on services. We will work in partnership with Your Trust Charity (Sandwell & West Birmingham Hospital NHS Trust Charity). The purpose is to enable Sandwell residents to access these opportunities that will provide them, their families and communities with long-term employment and long term local health services.

SWEDA support the development and growth of Social Enterprises in Sandwell by providing tailored training and mentoring to groups or individuals.

SWEDA provides information, advice and guidance to individuals looking to get back into work (Employability) and those considering self-employment.

SLT Swim Academy provides swimming lessons in Sandwell for all ages and abilities, whether non-swimmers, beginners, improvers or advanced.

We will deliver weekly sessions relating to a range of long-term health conditions with refreshments and activities included. We will bring external experts to talk to the local community to answer questions and help with concerns which may eliminate some "myths" that may have arisen about the during lockdown.

Taekwondo for 4-8 year olds. Offers energetic and exciting activities that put the fun back in to physical fitness. Monday 5.30pm - 6.15pm.
Taekwondo for ladies only Monday 7-8pm.
