We aim to focus in particular (but not exclusively) on access to skills and opportunities in the health and care sector – where there are occupational shortages but a high demand on services. We will work in partnership with Your Trust Charity (Sandwell & West Birmingham Hospital NHS Trust Charity). The purpose is to enable Sandwell residents to access these opportunities that will provide them, their families and communities with long-term employment and long term local health services.
