The Kaleidoscope Plus Group alongside Sandwell Asian Family Support Service (SAFSS) and Sandwell African Caribbean Mental Health Foundation (SACMHF) are now providing short breaks for Carers of people with Functional Mental Health.
We can provide short breaks at home, in a centre based setting, in a community based setting and where a grant is paid enabling carers to organise their own short break.
