The Sandwell Adult Discussion Group offers an opportunity for Autistic Adults to meet within a safe and supportive environment. The group is free to attend. The groups offers topic based discussions which are led by those attending and supported by an Autism Specialist Worker. For more details please see service description.

Football coaching - Oldbury United FC is a football club that delivers team sport for experiences footballers. Through positive activities that include football coaching, football competition, coach development and volunteer development we use sport to engage and transform lives.

Sandwell Welcoming Spaces

Offering Short Breaks, Support Work and Promotion and supporting work with young carers, aged 5-18 in Sandwell who help care for a family member with an illness/disability, mental ill heath, substance misuse or elderly/infirm

CBO is delivering activities to address both streams. We will be delivering the following;

1. Ladies exercise
2. Gentle exercise for the over 50s
3. Men’s gym session and exercise through the action man club
4. Talking therapy.

Coffee Morning- Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am- 11am.
sewing class- Monday and Tuesday from 11am-1pm
Physical activities and traditional dance on Saturdays from 4pm-7pm

The Centre is a warm space open to all in Victoria Park, Smethwick. We have television, internet access, refreshments and games for all as well as a museum covering Smethwick's rich and varied history

This gentle yoga class is perfect for those coming to yoga for the first time.

The session will encourage movement, strengthening of the body, and quietening of the mind. It includes seated and standing postures, breathing techniques and meditation.

This yoga session adapted for pre+post natal women, is a safe environment to explore your changing body and emotions. We recommend that you are 12+ weeks pregnant before attending this class. Children and babies are welcome in this session.

Using the chair we will modify traditional yoga poses to work on mobilising and strengthening the joints, followed by breathing and meditation practices.
