Football coaching - Oldbury United FC is a football club that delivers team sport for experiences footballers. Through positive activities that include football coaching, football competition, coach development and volunteer development we use sport to engage and transform lives.

We work with all sections of the community and provide:

Offering Short Breaks, Support Work and Promotion and supporting work with young carers, aged 5-18 in Sandwell who help care for a family member with an illness/disability, mental ill heath, substance misuse or elderly/infirm

CBO is delivering activities to address both streams. We will be delivering the following;

1. Ladies exercise
2. Gentle exercise for the over 50s
3. Men’s gym session and exercise through the action man club
4. Talking therapy.

Providing a warm space

This gentle yoga class is perfect for those coming to yoga for the first time.

The session will encourage movement, strengthening of the body, and quietening of the mind. It includes seated and standing postures, breathing techniques and meditation.

This yoga session adapted for pre+post natal women, is a safe environment to explore your changing body and emotions. We recommend that you are 12+ weeks pregnant before attending this class. Children and babies are welcome in this session.

Using the chair we will modify traditional yoga poses to work on mobilising and strengthening the joints, followed by breathing and meditation practices.
