Lifeline Counselling provides the opportunity for those aged 18+ across Sandwell to access, up to 12 50-minute counselling sessions, with a BACP counsellor. Sessions are confidential, non-judgemental, and provide a safe space to talk through life issues.

We have been planning our activities and currently only delivering 1-2-1 basis supporting local residents set up the online NHS app and small group interventions. Delivery of the project will soon be coming to an end and we will have achieved out set targets.
The overall project outcomes are:

800 people are better managing their existing/ emerging health conditions

Football coaching - Oldbury United FC is a football club that delivers team sport for experiences footballers. Through positive activities that include football coaching, football competition, coach development and volunteer development we use sport to engage and transform lives.
