We have been planning our activities and currently only delivering 1-2-1 basis supporting local residents set up the online NHS app etc. We are set to meet with the project monitoring officer and go through our delivery plan and have the project paperwork training date set as well. By next quarter we should have a full breakdown and case study of the project. We have started delivering small group interventions.
The overall project outcomes are:

Disadvantaged residents better understand how to prevent ill health for themselves and their families
Outcome 2
800 people are better managing their existing/ emerging health conditions
Outcome 3
Disadvantaged residents will access local information and services to support individual and family wellbeing
Outcome 4
Residents in disadvantaged communities are more able to support family, friends, and community members
