Lifeline Counselling as part of the NHS Talking Therapies Programme. Sandwell residents can access up to 12 50-minute non-judgemental and confidential counselling sessions. Session are for those aged those aged18 + who are experiencing low level mental health issues i.e. low mood, anxiety and depression. #positivementalhealth
