The Project officially started from May 2023 when the project officers started the role. The overall aim of Reach and Reconnect project is to include and improve the health and wellbeing and life chances of residents in some of Sandwell’s most disadvantaged communities.
Project staff will:
• deliver community outreach and engagement
• co-ordinate input from sessional tutors, workshop leaders and input from NHS staff and other agencies.
• Engage local volunteers to support the project.
