Sandwell Consortium is the lead organisation in Sandwell for the CRF Black Country 50+ programme. We are working with eight of our member organisations to actively engage residents from all communities aged 50+ to understand their individual needs, make steps towards employment or make a career change. Our team can help you with options to gain new skills and qualifications, write CVs and apply for jobs, plus get free welfare rights advice, help to go online and join creative activities. We offer one to one support and small group activities.
The Black Country 50+ programme is a pilot programme that runs until end June 2022 funded by the Government’s Community Renewal Fund, through West Midlands Combined Authority and Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council.
