Sport 4 Life UK provides free sports-themed mentoring and employability support for young people aged 11–29. For 11–18-year-olds in education, it offers structured, youth-led and flexible school-based mentoring to build key life skills, gain accredited qualifications, stay in education, and reduce the risk of becoming NEET. For 18–29-year-olds who are NEET, it provides mentoring plus practical activities such as sport sessions, qualifications, social action, mock interviews, employability workshops, and corporate engagement to support progression into work, education or training. Core life skills developed include motivation, self-esteem, communication, behaviour, and teamwork, measured using the Outcome STAR framework.
