The employment service provides support in helping deaf people find sustainable employment. Our unique service supports people with all levels of hearing loss and is delivered in preferred modes of communication including British Sign Language, Sign Supported English, Lip-speak and oral.
We can offer pre-employability training including works skills training, support in accessing work experience and volunteering opportunities, job club as well as information, advice and guidance.
