West Smethwick offer a supported contact centre for children and families.
West Smethwick Contact Centre is accredited by the National Assocation of Child Contact Centres (NACCC).
NACCC provides an endorsed accreditation process which shows that all child contact centres work to agreed and approved national standards, which ensure that families using the child contact centres are safe and well cared for.
