Taekwondo for 4-8 year olds. This session offers energetic and exciting activities that put the fun back in to physical fitness. Every Monday 5.30pm - 6.15pm. Also ladies only Taekwondo every Monday 7-8pm Contact Lisa on 07970 694 564. Both sessions are based at Uplands Manor Primary School.
