| Opening hours | Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm but the service is available weekdays, weekends, during school holidays and at times that will meet the needs of children, young people and their families. |

Working throughout Sandwell supporting children and young people aged 5-18 who provide care and/or emotional support to another person who has a physical or learning difficulty, mental health issues or misuse alcohol or other substances. Working holistically with the young carer and their family to ensure that they are placed at the heart of the decision making process when dealing with schools, children’s services and other professionals involved in their lives. We can also support young carers through a carers assessment.
