We support individuals with long term conditions or continuing care needs to participate in activities that support their health and well being. Activities include arts and crafts bible study (optional), bingo, music workshops and extend gentle exercise classes. We also provide advice and guidance and in some situation provide advocacy to enable participants to access services that will support their health and well being. Costs are competitive and transport is provided via community transport or ring and ride. This service is particularly suitable to older people of African and Caribbean origin however we do have individuals from other cultural groups access our service. Providing support to older people 65+ but can accommodate younger ages 50+. Activities to improve fitness and education for better health and well being with a hot nutritious meal.
