POhWER's NHS Complaints Advocacy Service supports individuals to raise complaints about NHS Care and treatment, supporting people to share their experience with NHS providers so that responses, explanations can be gained and lessons learned. Everyone has the right to advocacy support if they wish to complain about the NHS. POhWER can support with self help information packs or direct one to one advocacy support depending on the needs of the individual.
