Our Brain Injury Outreach Service supports people affected by acquired brain injury, along with their families and carers, to access the right support, information and services.
Our Outreach team provides flexible support through one-to-one meetings, events and regular drop-in sessions, which can take place at home, in hospitals or at our centres.
We provide practical guidance and support, including help to access benefits and government services. We also work with health and social care professionals and other organisations to ensure people affected by brain injury can access the support they need.
The service is available across the Black Country – Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall and Wolverhampton.
