Domicilliary Care - Care Plus

Care Plus is a specialist support service to help deaf, hard of hearing and deafblind adults maintain their independence and improve their lives. Deaf Plus proides a range of services that can be delivered inside and outside the home and also in a residential care setting. All of our staff can communicate in British Sign Language ensuring effective communication with clients.
The service provides support in a number of ways, such as:
Supporting you when you want to go out
Shopping for, or with you
Household tasks such as doing the laundry, preparing meals
Paying bills and collecting pensions
Offering respite for carers
Providing assistance to undertake personal care
Companionship and relief from isolation
Communicating with others, such as children, neighbours, social workers, nurses, GP’s
Link you to other services, such as advice and support on cancer care
Help to access assistive equipment
