Falls Prevention at Home – This service provides one to one fall prevention exercise in the persons own home for up to 12 weeks (currently Sandwell residents only).
Having a fall is not an inevitable part of ageing. With the right knowledge and support, whether you are 65 or 95, there are a number of simple changes you can make to your lifestyle and home to help reduce your risk of falling and protect your independence.
Agewell accepts referrals from professionals (including GP’s), relatives and neighbours who may be interested in either of these services.
Agewell also offers a Staying Steady, Staying Safe guide for Sandwell residents offering, advice, tips and exercises.
