Restorative Yoga invites us to move towards a place of stillness.
In this session we will gently move through floor-based poses, supported by bolsters, blankets, blocks and chairs, leading you into a state of deep rest. This will be accompanied by a variety of sounds such as singing bowls, chimes, drumming, mantra and more, to create frequencies that may aid you in your healing journey.
Please note that this session will differ from a general 'sound bath'. After this session you may be asked for feedback.
