Once you have been assessed and we have agreed how we are best able to meet your needs, our service offers you a choice of treatments either through a range of individual and group talking therapies. Anyone receiving one of our options for therapy can also access 1-1 support from an Employment Advisor if they choose.
- Guided self-help: For anxiety, low mood, and other difficulties.
- CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy): Including computer-aided CBT.
- EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing): For trauma.
- Counselling: For depression.
- Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT): For relationship difficulties.
- Couples Therapy: For depression.
- Online Tools: Access therapy digitally, anytime
