A FREE introductory course raising awareness of mental health and how we can challenge stigma.
Developing the skills and confidence to be able to support someone experiencing mental health struggles, in distress or having thoughts of suicide.
Held on: Monday 10th March 2025 1pm-4.30pm
This will take place online via teams and a link will be sent nearer the time.
