Supporting frail people living with multiple / complex health conditions in the Soho & Victoria Ward.
- Talk & Walk session on every Friday from 10.30 to 11.15 Am (Meeting point: Smethwick Heritage Centre) in Victoria Park.
- Drop-In Session on every Friday from 11am to 3pm at Smethwick Baptist Church (Regent Street, Smethwick, B66 3BQ), delivering the following: Fall Prevention Exercise, Arts & Crafts and workshops around health, nutrition and safety.
