We will share ideas and tips on activities you can incorporate into your daily plans to encourage more feelings of wellbeing in your family life. For example:
Improving resilience, managing stress, assertiveness, nutrition, exercise, hobbies, learning, active listening and importance of talking. These can be tailored around the groups needs.
