Beyond Blue provides help and support in a non-judgmental and confidential safe space, to help deal with emotional, psychological and social-well being issues.
The service includes talking therapy and integrative counselling and mental health workshops and presentations around mental health for communities and individuals in the Black Country and Birmingham.
