Music activities to have some fun and boost your mood!
Breaking Through With The Power Of Music Therapy.
Supported by Nordoff & Robbins, our lovely music therapist Arianna provides 1:1 and small group music therapy during the morning. At 1pm, to coincide with the Community café, local community members join together to form the Brushstrokes band! Using a range of percussion instruments, and any of their own, members sing songs and make music together. #SHIP
