Relate Education and Training offers opportunities for people to learn about sustaining healthy relationships at all stages and in all areas of their life. Our work takes place in small groups and maintains a balance between the learning of skills and the well being of the individual on the course. We run courses both for members of the public seeking personal development as well as for professionals and corporate clients.

Taking Charge of Your Life – A confidence and assertiveness workshop
Moving Forward – After divorce and break-up
Riding The Storm – Living successfully with teenagers (and taking care of ourselves!)
