We will host Mental Wellbeing group sessions twice a month which will be delivered as an activity over brunch on a specific topic of discussion. This will engage with the men in our community we will host sessions such as cricket, fishing and outdoor visits e.g. in Sandwell Valley, through these sessions we hope to get men engaged and talking about mental health and wellbeing.We will cover the following areas:
• What is Mental Health and the impact of poor mental health
• What is wellbeing? Five Ways to Wellbeing
• Educating individuals to identify poor mental Health
• Know where to go for help and support
• Socializing in safe environment and without judgement
• Signs of relapse
• Breathing Techniques /Mindfulness sessions
• How to deal with stress and anxiety
• Self-care /Positive thinking
