Every Monday, our women's group meets at Brushstrokes to provide friendship and activities to improve wellbeing and health knowledge. Themes include arts and crafts, physical activities such as walking and yoga, information services delivered by a range of health professional and well-being.

The yoga class takes place every Tuesday and Thursday from 10:30 am to 11:30 am, offering guidance on various techniques, including relaxation and meditation. Led by an experienced instructor, it’s a welcoming space where women of all fitness levels can practice at their own pace in a calming atmosphere.
