Home From Hospital Care provides support for Sandwell residents who have recently been discharged from City Hospital and Birmingham residents leaving Birmingham hospitals to attend medical appointments and collect prescriptions. Transport, company and emotional support are part of this service.

Using the chair we will modify traditional yoga poses to work on mobilising and strengthening the joints, followed by breathing and meditation practices.

Within the welcoming space we have available:

- A warm, welcoming space for all within the local community
- A hot drink (free)
- Free information, guidance and signposting to support individuals should they wish to receive this.

Men's Social Zone is a great place for men to mix and chat to others. Please note that is service takes place from Lodge Community Centre, West Bromwich.

A welcoming space for women (18+) to socialise, connect and participate in discussions, activities and workshops tailored to their needs. Held every Monday evening from 5:30pm to 6:30pm at the Lodge Community Centre. Empowering and supportive, this programme is shaped by the participants.
