Digital money coaches can provide one to one support to help residents to:

• Learn to use on-line job search sites
• Shop on-line
• Use price comparison sites and save money on-line
• Stay connected with friends and family using the internet
• Get connected to iplayer
Practical help and support to enable residents get on line to
stay in touch with family and friends

One to one digital support to get people started. IT courses in small socially distanced groups. Remote learning with support.
IT Training on offer includes:
Basic IT skills including mouse and keyboard skills
Introduction to IT and the internet
Job searching online
Emailing and Social Media
Microsoft Office training
How to use your Universal Credit journal
How to use job searching sites
We are a Learn My Way provider
