There is a choice of 1-2-1 sessions in a persons own home offering gentle exercise and other activities or accompanying them on walks for example. A sitting service in a persons home to give carers a short break or a face to face befriending service for company in your own home. These services are designed to help keep people active both physically and mentally to promote wellbeing and reduce isolation.
