Relaxation class is run by NHS at our centre. They help support services for your emotional wellbeing needs.
They support those with mild to moderate mental health issues and complex needs at an early stage to prevent deterioration and admission to secondary care services.
This class takes place every Tuesdays from 12pm to 1pm. Once a week only.
