My Time Active is a FREE 16 week lifestyle programme, where you can exercise, meet new friends and reach your goal weight.
To Book your initial appointment with one of the Healthy Lifestyle Specialists you have to call 0121 366 0966 or 0800 011 4656.
This exercise class happens every Mondays from 11:30am to 12:30 pm. Once a week only.
