Information, advice and guidance relating to people, the immigration system and people`s experience on it. This is run on an information giving and signposting basis. The service is provided in English, Russian and Polish and is part of our Advocacy program. Unless otherwise agreed, appointments will be given for Wednesdays between 10 am and 5pm and it takes place in Thimblemill Library, Smethwick.
