Our community-based service works with all adults to develop their skills to live a more independent life. To mobilise and connect people to make informed choices that help them to flourish in the way they want.

>Come in for a chat and a cuppa.
>Get up-to-date information on the government's Cost Of Living support schemes.
>Find out about local activities and services.
>Make new friends.
>Access information, and advice with issues of saving money, budgeting, and looking at practical solutions to any debt.
>Work with you to look at cheap deals or apply for benefits.
>Check NHS, Council, and other statutory services.
>Learn new everyday skills e.g., how to complete forms; how to complain using different methods; how to report concerns via Sandwell MBC “My Sandwell” website; or help with dealing with any day-to-day matters important to you.
>Help each other, share your skills with others, or offer mutual support.
>Job search support.
>Create links, trust, and connections to gain confidence to access tailored and relevant information for, local employment, training opportunities, and other support avenues.
>Solving I.T., new technology issues, let’s see if we can solve it together!
>Access information and advice on the current flu and covid vaccination programs.
